Demonstration Projects to End Childhood Hunger, United States Department of Agriculture – The main purpose of these demonstration projects is to test innovative strategies to end childhood hunger, including alternative models for service delivery and benefit levels that promote the reduction or elimination of childhood hunger and food insecurity. Each demonstration project will be independently evaluated using rigorous experimental design and methodologies to measure the impact on food security.
