The Support for Expectant and Parenting Teens, Women, Fathers, and Their Families program provides support for the development and implementation of programs for expectant and parenting women and families in institutions of higher education, and in high schools and community service centers.

The program also provides support to improve services for pregnant women who are victims of domestic or sexual violence, and to increase public awareness and education of available services.
