Advocacy

Intentional communication is critical to the work of nonprofits and those who, in particular, provide “life line” services to individuals in a community, would do well to recognize the importance of this task. Extending beyond the bounds of simple marketing and branding, advocacy is about relaying to the general public; local, state and federal governments; current and potential donors, collaborators and a whole host of others; what it is you do, who you serve and why the community you serve is better for it.
