Federal Government Proposal Writing Tip #4

Recently, the Grantsmanship Center reminded its clients that most Federal grant proposals are reviewed and scored by people outside the agency who have expertise in the related subject matter but who review applications from outside of their own geographic areas/connections. To help facilitate the successful review of a proposal, the Center made the following suggestion for grantwriters:

Tip# 4: If the project in question references or alludes to success being dependent on collaborations or relationships with other service providers/vendors, be sure to include letters of support and/or commitment in your proposal or cite their availability upon request if the application itself does not allow for such attachments.
